This is your chance to relax, rejuvenate and focus on your cleanse instead of being chained to your kitchen for 3 days (or more!).
Replace your 3 regular meals with our six fresh-pressed & hand-made juices for 3 days. During the cleanse, you eliminate solid foods, alcohol, caffeine & snacks. Rest & relaxation is key for optimum detoxification. Light exercise is okay. As you relieve your body of its normal digestive duties & support the body with powerful & vital nutrients from our drinks, it will begin to let go of toxins, release excess weight, come back to balance & create new energy.
Your drinks will be numbered according to the order in which they should be consumed. Detox Drink #1 should be had for breakfast. Each additional drink should be consumed every 2-3 hours throughout the day. You can switch the order if you desire to do so. The best plan is to commit to drinking the 6 detox drinks each day of your cleanse. Follow as best you can. If you desire to switch the order, feel free to do so. The most important thing is that you commit to drinking the 6 detox drinks.
