Your drinks will be numbered according to the order in which they should be consumed. Detox Drink #1 should be had for breakfast. Each additional drink should be consumed every 2-3 hours throughout the day. You can switch the order if you desire to do so. The best plan is to commit to drinking the 6 detox drinks each day of your cleanse. Follow as best you can. If you desire to switch the order, feel free to do so. The most important thing is that you commit to drinking the 6 detox drinks.
